With the initiative of the “XAMOGELO TOU PAIDIOU” association, a National Coordinative Program for Prompt Notification” of citizens is running for missing person cases and child abductions.

. It is about AMBER ALERT which was established with the participation of 40 governmental and private organizations: Ministries, Ports, Airports, Subway Stations, the Attica Odos Company, Landline and Mobile Telephony Companies, Radio stations and Television Stations, etc.).

The project “runs” through the technological infrastructures of DB-DATABANK which is the central coordinator of AMBER ALERT. Apart from others, DB-DATABANK has implemented a technological platform through which mobile telephony subscribers may actively participate in the process of finding a missing child.

Thanks to AMBER ALERT, hundreds of missing children have been found. And because a company cannot be measured in numbers only, we are proud to have made the DB-DATABANK technology available and to the service of the children!
