The processed Content is then forwarded – as a service – to the end user through landline and mobile telephony with IVR, SMS, MMS, WAP, WEB technologies, etc.

Audiotex Services provide end telephone users (mobile and landline) with the ability to communicate with databases, information and content of any other nature and to receive these services either in recorded form or live, by paying a higher fee than the fee of urban calls.

DB-DATABANK specializes in the Provision of “Business-to-Business” Services, as well as in the Provision of Information Services, such as: Betting Result & KINO Service which it provides on behalf of OTE (dial number "14744" and Mobile Operators ("14999"), as well as a PROPO and OPAP Numerical Lotteries Results Service (“14808”). In the field of “Entertainment”, DB-DATABANK has developed a full range of services, such as: RingTones, Logos, Wallpapers, Knowledge Tests, Horoscopes, Astrology (“14902”), etc.

DB-DATABANK’s technical infrastructure consists of: Ericsson MD 100 PBX Telephone Systems (Voice communication, data, multimedia management, etc.), Content Collection, Processing and Management Systems (based on MsSQL, Oracle, MySQL). The Content’s protection is secured through Clustering Database Application Servers and Firewall PIX), Interactive Voice Response Systems – IVR (based on Dialogic cards).
